We build a repair list or a scope of work off of the inspection report so you can work with your contractor to determine what needs to be taken care of and when depending on your exit strategy.
Renovation Phase Inspection:
Most renovation projects are separated into phases. Lenders and private money investors pay out a certain amount at the end of each phase. We offer inspections for this. We simply compare the scope of work to the work that has been done and verify the phase is ready to be paid out.
